What customers say?

“ I visited on a Saturday evening and ordered the thick-cut miso cutlet and rice set meal. Whenever I come to Sato, I always order miso cutlet because it's on the menu. It's been over ten years since I first tried it, but the taste and price haven't changed much and it was delicious. Thank you for the meal. ”

“ This Japanese restaurant offers a diverse menu. They have everything from a children's menu to dishes that seniors will enjoy. They have both an all-you-can-eat menu and an a la carte menu, but I think the all-you-can-eat menu is a bit pricey. But the selection is substantial, and they even offer an all-you-can-drink alcohol option, which is a bit unusual for a restaurant. They also have a standard drink bar and an all-you-can-eat soft serve ice cream option. Kids will love it. When I visit here, I always order the hot pot. They prepare a large pot for each person on the gas range, and you can choose between meat or motsunabe. You can choose from soy sauce, chicken broth, or jjigae. I chose the chicken, which was light and delicious. They also have shichimi pepper and soy sauce on the table, so it's perfect for changing up your flavor. If you choose chicken broth, they bring black pepper, which is also delicious. For around 1500 yen, you can add rice to make porridge, which is delicious and filling, thanks to the vegetable broth. You can also choose udon or ramen instead of rice. Perhaps because it's a long-established restaurant, the interior is calm and comfortable, and it seems to have private rooms available. The seating is usually at tables, but you might be able to find a tatami room with a reservation. This is a family restaurant where you can enjoy a leisurely meal and conversation, rather than the crowded family restaurants of today. ”

“ I visited Sato Bar, a place I'd always wanted to try. The beer mugs were small, but you could have as many refills as you wanted within the time limit, so depending on how you look at it, it might be nice to always have cold beer. They also offer shochu, whiskey, liqueurs, and more, and you can use the Sato Cafe, so it's fun to mix your own drinks and make cocktails. They were also running a "Summer Special Campaign," so I was able to get some cheap snacks. I was very satisfied with both the delicious beer and the snacks. --------------- Revisited in June 2024 Sato Bar has improved since before. The price is slightly cheaper when you show the app. I think I'll go again as long as the Sato Bar system is still in place. ”

“ 24"12/13 I visited for the first time in a while. It was a cold day so I had nabeyaki tempura udon. The light flavor of the broth was delicious. 23"06/17 I visited Washoku Sato for the first time in a while. I had the tuna set meal, but it tasted ordinary and there was nothing particularly special about it. However, there were no spoons for chawanmushi, no small dishes of soy sauce for sashimi, and it took a while for the food to be served, so it was a disaster. Even though the restaurant was full and there were many customers, maybe they should have checked things more carefully? 22'09/27 I had quite a bit of money left on my Goto Eat Kanagawa card I had previously purchased, and it will soon expire, so I went to Washoku Sato for the first time in a while. I had the "Sato-style all-you-can-eat yakiniku" Although this dish is called yakiniku, they also serve shabu-shabu. However, the yakiniku sauce is sweet and seems to bring out the flavor of the yakiniku, while the ponzu sauce for shabu-shabu has a slightly stronger soy sauce flavor and is a bit weaker, so it didn't suit my palate. Although I didn't try it, they also serve sushi, tempura, etc. with the dish. The staff were very accommodating, even refilling the soup, and it was a fun and delicious meal. ”

“ The parking lot at the back, downstairs, was easy to find. I went on a busy day and only on January 2nd, when they were serving a special menu, so the restaurant seemed busy overall, and they didn't explain things unless you asked, so it felt comfortable as long as customers were proactive. You can eat the tempura with the salt or matcha salt provided at the table. (I waited, thinking they might have tempura sauce. Embarrassing.) Tea and water are basically self-service, so get yours from the machine on the far right of the drink bar. There is no drink menu, and you have to order from the drink bar, so it's a bit inconvenient from a tatami room. ”

“ They serve great food here and I can only recommend this place. ”

“ The closest restaurant to my house is Hiratsuka Tamura, but this one has more parking and a more relaxed atmosphere, so I often go there when I want to eat Japanese food. The food is delicious and relatively reasonably priced. It's served quickly, which is very convenient. Sato serves free tea and you can also choose from cold tea, which is delicious. I secretly look forward to this cold tea when I visit. It's also easily accessible along Route 246. I'll continue to use this restaurant. ”

“ There seems to be space to park more than 20 cars behind the store. I had lunch for 980 yen. It was very filling. Sato is a Japanese restaurant I've loved for a long time. ”
